Irena, a sole trader trading as Irena’s MoonAesthetics, is responsible for your personal information.

We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, assess treatment suitability, provide treatments and aftercare, process payments, and maintain appropriate business and treatment records. This may include your name, contact details, appointment information and relevant health or treatment information.

Your information is not sold. It is only shared when necessary—for example, with service providers used for communications, payments or record keeping, with an appropriate healthcare professional where required, or where disclosure is required by law.

Before-and-after photographs will only be published with separate permission.

Messages and photographs are used only to respond to enquiries, carry out consultations, assess treatment suitability, provide and record treatment, give aftercare, and administer the client relationship. They are not reused for marketing, publication, training or another unrelated purpose without separate permission.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for treatment, insurance, accounting or legal purposes, after which it is securely deleted or destroyed.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict how it is used, or withdraw consent where consent applies. Some information may still need to be retained for legal, insurance or record-keeping purposes.
